This base is specifically designed to fit the US NO-HUB Drain Base System, ensuring compatibility and ease of installation.

The Bernkot shower drain base flange seamlessly connects to the drain pipe, making it a breeze to set up. It is designed for use with standard U.S. plumbing connections and is compatible with both 2 inch and 3 inch PVC & ABS tubing on the outlet. However, it is not recommended for use with "HOT-MOP" membranes.

When it comes to installation, the Bernkot Shower Drain Base offers two mounting options: the Threaded Adapter and the Adjustable Height & Fixed Height Rubber Collar. The 2" thread adapter allows you to adjust the height of the shower drain to perfectly fit your space. Alternatively, the 2" rubber gasket can be used as a standard connection if height adjustment is not necessary. It is important to note that only one of these options should be chosen, not both.

Whether you opt for the height adjustable or fixed height version, the Bernkot Shower Drain Base is compatible with most shower drains with 2" outlets. It is important to note that it is not suitable for use with the Schluter Kerdi drain system.

The Bernkot Shower Drain Base comes in two variations: the 2" PVC Shower Drain Base Kit and the 2" ABS Shower Drain Base Kit. Both options are designed to fit the US NO-HUB Drain Base System and can be easily connected to your drain pipe for a secure installation. Additionally, the Bernkot ABS Lateral Ring (sold separately) can be used to connect the drain base to the Schluter Kerdi integrated bonding flange.
